The CAAFA Awards Committee is soliciting nominations from CAAFA members for three CAAFA Awards. These awards (1000 each) will be presented to the recipients at the CAAFA event of the year.

1. The Creative and Scholarly Achievement Award
This award is given to individuals who have shown outstanding professional development in the field of fine arts.

2. The Excellence in Teaching Award
This award is given to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the teaching of visual arts in American universities.

3. The Service and Contribution Award
This award is given to individuals who have performed outstanding services to the CAAFA organization.

Submission of Materials and Deadline for Nominations

This can be self-nomination or nomination for others. Please submit the nomination materials including:

1). One page statement describing why you feel your nominee should receive the suggested award.

2). Two pages of biographical information about your nominee.
Nominations are solicited from CAAFA members and accepted by the CAAFA Awards Committee. The deadline for submission of nominees is 05/15/2016

全美华人美术教授协会奖评选通知


全美华人美术教授协会计划于2016年起设立三个奖项，对教授会员们在三个方面的成绩进行嘉奖 ：
1. 杰出艺术成就奖 – 此奖项授予在艺术创作、展出、学术研究、以及论文出版等方面作出杰出成就的教授会员。
2. 杰出艺术教学奖 – 此奖项授予在美国大学工作，在艺术教学领域取得优异成就的教授会员。
3. 杰出贡献奖 – 此奖项授予为全美华人美术教授协会，以及中美文化与艺术的交流作出杰出贡献的教授会员。

奖金设置：
每个奖项设奖金1000美元，由执委会筹募资金提供。本项目奖金由本届顾问委员会荣誉主席林洁辉女士， 严欣铠先生捐助。

评选委员会组成：
执委会委员1人, 顾问委员会主席1人, 顾问委员会学术委员1人, 顾问委员会筹款委员2人, 发展委员会委员1人, 外聘学术界专业人士1人。

评选方法和提名截止日期：
奖项候选人的产生，可以由协会会员在全体会员（本届执委会委员除外）中提名，会员也可以提名自己为候选人。提名时请提交以下材料：
1. 提名人所申请奖项、主要成就和提名理由(1页)。
2. 提名人简历（2页）。
报名材料提交评选委员会，评选委员会经过评选后，送交执行委员会最后批准。
提名截止日期为05/15/2016。请将所有材料电邮到评选委员会秘书处：caafaart@gmail.com.
